Deoxys Pokemon Fanart

An homage to my favorite generation and one of the coolest looking legendary pokemon Deoxys! This one is a really old work that I attempted back in 2014-15? Not quite sure but It was a long time ago. I managed to return to it for fun and finished it up. I also decided to attempt Ken Sugimori's iconic old school water color style that he used to use for pokemon illustrations.
